Refund policy


At Ciups, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our products. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we offer a 14-day return and refund policy, subject to the conditions outlined below.



Eligibility for Refund

To be eligible for a refund:

  • The product must be returned within 14 days from the date of delivery.
  • The product must be in its original condition and packaging, with no signs of wear or damage.
  • Proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation or receipt, is required.



How to Request a Refund

You can easily request a return from your account on our website, or by contacting us at support@ciups.com with your order number and reason for the return. Once your request is approved, we will provide instructions on how to return the product.



Refund Process

After receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and the amount will be credited back to your original payment method within 10 business days.



Non-Refundable Items

  • Gift cards
  • Items that show signs of wear or damage
  • Returns requested beyond the 14-day window



Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part. In such cases, we will cover the return shipping cost.




Exchanges

The quickest way to get your desired item is to return the original product. Once your return is accepted, you can place a new order for the replacement.




European Union 14 day cooling off period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.



Damaged or Defective Products

If you received a damaged or defective Ciups product, please contact us immediately at support@ciups.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
